　　【摘要】高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量，是高校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。高等学校辅导员队伍建设是加强高校德育工作最重要的一个环节。然而，当前高校辅导员队伍还存在诸多问题亟待解决。本文从研究当前各高校辅导员队伍建设存在的具体问题出发，科学分析问题，结合其成因并提出相应的对策，以其对深化高校的改革和加强高校德育工作有所裨益。

Abstract: College counselors is to carry out ideological and political education of the backbone, are the organizers, perpetrators and mentors daily ideological and political education of college students and management. Higher Counselors is to strengthen moral education colleges of the most important aspect. However, college counselors there is currently a lot of problems to be solved. From the study of specific issues currently exist various Counselors starting college, scientific analysis of the problem, combined with its causes and propose appropriate measures for its benefit to deepening the reform and strengthening of the Moral Education in Colleges.
