摘　要：近年来散裂中子源等大科学装置落户广东，给广东转型升级带来的新的机遇，借鉴美英管理经验，广东应该建立多元化的大科学装置建设运营体制；制定建设以散裂中子源实验室为中心的实验室集群的配套政策；制定促进高校、科研院所与企业使用大科学装置、实验室群的体制、政策。

          ABSTRACT: In recent years, the spallation neutron source and other big science facilities have located in Guangdong province, bringing new opportunities for transformation and upgrading of Guangdong. Reference on the experience of American and British management, Guangdong should set up diversified big science facilities operating system, establish supporting policies centering on the construction of the spallation neutron source laboratory cluster and formulate systems and policies to promote universities, research institutes and enterprises to use big science facilities laboratory cluster .
