         摘要：社区自我服务运营机制建设是我国社区建设的重要组成部分，对于和谐社区的建设起着重要作用。本文基于社会管理创新的时代背景，在分析社区自我服务的基本概况，以及特点和作用的基础上，分析广州社区自我服务运营机制的现状、存在的主要问题，并提出改进广州城市社区自我服务的具体对策建设，希望其经验能在我国各城市社区广泛普及和推广。

Studies on Community Self service System of Small Towns of the city of Guangzhou

  Abstract ：Community self service is an important part of community construction, for the construction of a harmonious community plays an important role in the region. This thesis based on the background of the age of the innovation of social management, and on the analysis of the basic situation of the community self service, as well as the characteristics and functions, then mainly concerns analysis the current situation of Guangzhou in community service operating mechanism, the main problems, and will based on theoretical analysis and practical experiences, offers possible solutions and improvement suggestions to Guangzhou urban community，hope the experience to every Chinese urban community widespread popularization and promotion.
