摘要：从移动学习应用与平台开发的角度，分析目前国内外校园移动学习平台应用的典型类型、系统构建及相关存在问题，并根据欧盟M-learning平台项目的研究报告数据对移动学习效果进行定量分析，最后对我国校园移动学习平台系统建设提出建议。
      关键词：移动学习应用；移动学习平台；移动学习效果；     Abstract: From a perspective of mobile learning application, this paper tends to analyze the application types, system construction of the campus-oriented and well-applied mobile learning platforms and explores their problems, and makes the quantitative analysis on the effects of mobile learning based on the survey data of the EU project M-learning. Finally suggestions are given for mobile learning platform system construction in colleges and universities.
